TERMS OF SERVICE and ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

General Terms
Virtuallyontheweb.com is a private company providing webhosting, email, and other web host related services. These are refered to in this document as "the service". You, refered to in this document as "the customer", includes you, your organization, and any other party that you grant access to your account, web space, email, etc.

Any use of the service is subject to the restrictions and policies outlined in this document. By subscribing to the service, you agree to and are bound by all of these policies.

Interpretation
The provisions of this policy are intended as guidlines and are not meant to be exhaustive. Generally, conduct that violates the laws of the State of Georgia, The United States of America, the regulation and accepted norms of the worldwide internet community, whether or not expressly mentioned, are prohibited. Virtuallyontheweb.com reserves the right to prohibit activities that damage the reputation and the service of the company.

Liability
The customer agrees that use of the service is at their own risk. Virtuallyontheweb.com is in no way liable for the content, actions, opinions, and the like, of the users of the service. Virtuallyontheweb.com does not endorse nor provide warranty for any of this material and shall be held harmless from any loss or damage that arises from your use, or reliance on such material.

Security
The customer agrees not to access or attempt to access any private part of the computer system and the service that is not provided for their use. The customer shall notify Virtuallyontheweb as soon as they become aware of any misuse of their account and attempts to unlawfully access the service.

Term
The service is provided an a month to month basis. Virtuallyontheweb.com must recieve notice of termination 7 days prior to the renewal date or the service will be provided and charged for the following month. Charges will be incurred every 30 days or 1 month from the date the service is requested. No charges will be prorated for any reason, cancellation or termination.

Domain Names
Domain Name Registration is provided as a separate service and is governed by the agreements that are read and agreed to upon registration of the name. The term of the name registration is chosen by you. You will be notified when a name is pending renewall. Virtuallyontheweb.com is the reseller of the domain names, and Tucows is the registrar that controls the name.

Unacceptable Uses
Adult content, Wares-sites, MP3 Sites, Chat Sites/Servers, Pirated Software, Hackers programs or Archives are examples of content that is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Illegality in any form is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized resale or use of Virtuallyontheweb.com features and services are prohibited.

Spamming, sending of unsolicited mail messages, is unacceptable. Any spamming or such use causing the Virtuallyontheweb email server to be blacklisted shall warrant immediate termination of the customers account.

No one shall post defamatory, scandolous, or private info about a person without their consent. No one shall violate trademarks, copyrights or intellectual property rights.

One warning shall be given for any such uses and the action shall be ceased and the material shall be removed. Non-compliance with the warning shall constitute termination of the customers account and removal of the unacceptable material.

Policy Changes
Virtuallyontheweb.com reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any provision set forth in this policy at any time without notice.

Any party seeking to report abuse can do so by contacting Virtuallyontheweb at admin@votweb.com.
